Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with the Certificate of Authenticity, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

🛠 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom artworks (special orders or personalized pieces)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the artwork you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new piece.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn/unused
- In original packaging with COA
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
